At the Möbel Austria 09 Trade Show, which took place in Wels from May 6th to 9th, ewe introduced itself and successfully debuted its new design brand INTUO. This appearance created a strong impression and was awarded the Trade Show Marketing Award in Gold by the Messen Austria (Austria Trade Shows), as part of the Austrian Medientage held on October 7th, 2009.
ewe stood out as attractive, poignant and inviting to the many local and international industry experts who visited the Möbel Austria Trade Show in Wels. Based on a perfectly-conceived marketing mix, this company from Wels brought to the fore all core areas of communication - particularly INTUO, the new ewe promotional line, as well as the continuous improvement of image in the area of customer-oriented service - geared toward the proper target group. In the process, ewe's entire line made a strong impression.
Success can be planned
"We were successful, both from a conceptual and a visual aspect, in optimally staging ewe and especially our new, innovative design brand INTUO, and turning these into a moving experience by using all the possibilities available at a trade show presentation," stated Marketing Director Mag. Günter Schwarzlmüller, referring to the "double" success of the trade show booth. In addition to winning the Trade Show Marketing Award in Gold in the category over 100 m2 – 12 nominees were selected from a total of 30 entries, whereby second place went to Doppelmayr Seilbahnen and third place went to ÖBB – this presentation also laid the cornerstone for the active generation of orders for sample kitchens, more than 1000 visits to our booth, as well as many new customers in the export sector.
All-around successful staging
What started with a countdown and the official release of both websites at the trade show booth, excited visitors to the trade show with no exceptions. With a comprehensive product presentation that included fully-equipped ewe and INTUO model kitchens, a special client reception area, conference rooms and hospitality offerings, plus a multi-media centre as well as an evening dedicated to exports, nothing was left to chance from either a technical, visual or service-oriented point of view. The entire presentation was supported by classic advertising, invitations, press information and a trade show guide.
All goals achieved
The perfect staging of the trade show performance created an environment that supported the presentation of the INTUO design kitchens, as well as the new promotional line from ewe, in having an exceedingly successful launch. "We wanted to highlight the new brand INTUO, our present promotional line as well as our trade show booth. I believe that we were successful, as was clearly evidenced by the Trade Show Marketing Award in Gold," said Mag. Günter Schwarzlmüller.
