The discussion on equal pay for men and women is no longer an issue with ewe. A flexible and transparent wage model makes a clean sweep of gender-specific discrimination. The remuneration paid by ewe consists, in essence, of three pillars: a grading wage based on the education, further training, versatility to do various types of work etc.; an elaborate premium system which does not focus on rewarding an individual but a work team within the production; and various bonuses. The aim was to develop a just and transparent model which would emphasise autonomy, promote flexibility and provide incentives for further skills development. With us, women earn the same wages for doing the same work and facing the same demands as men.
